Bret kidd

Bret Kidd is a seasoned CEO and board member with a strong track record leading both public and private equity-backed companies through growth, turnaround, and successful exits. Most recently, he served as CEO of a $225M+ publicly traded intelligent transportation solutions (ITS) firm, and previously led the turnaround and sale (twice) of an $80M ITS company at a combined valuation of $180M in just over two years.

Earlier in his career, Bret co-founded and led a $130M private equity-backed IT services firm, led $400M and $140M divisions at Travelport, and launched a $2B public sector business at EDS/HP. His experience spans business development, M&A, corporate strategy, and product leadership, with a demonstrated ability to build high-performance teams and strong organizational cultures. He is equally effective in corporate, political, and media-facing environments. Bret holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from Texas A&M University.
