Peet van Biljon is the founder of BMNP Strategies LLC, an independent strategy and innovation advisory firm. His consulting expertise spans the full innovation lifecycle, including technology strategy, R&D management, product development, organization design, and portfolio management. He brings decades of experience at the intersection of business and technology, including managing McKinsey & Company’s innovation practice and leading product development and operations in companies internationally.
Peet teaches a graduate innovation course at Georgetown University and authored the textbook, Innovation for Value and Mission. He earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of South Africa (UNISA), focusing on firm innovation capabilities. He also holds a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering from Stellenbosch University and B.Com. and M.Com. degrees in Economics from UNISA. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
