Pete Leap is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of leadership experience across retail, logistics, and final mile delivery. His career includes senior roles at major retailers and 3PLs, including COO of Argix Logistics, COO of Vitamin World, VP at Musicland, and multiple leadership positions over 17 years at Toys “R” Us.

Pete brings deep expertise in retooling retail operations and building national logistics networks, with a focus on final mile and omnichannel fulfillment. He currently leads delivery marketplace development at Fillogic and previously served as a senior executive at SologistX, working alongside John Gallo. As a senior advisor to CounterFlow Solutions, Pete provides strategic guidance on logistics, network operations, and technology-enabled service models — drawing on his long-standing advisory role with FreightDesk.ai and deep experience at the intersection of operations and innovation.
