Heberto Limas-Villers

Heberto Limas-Villers is a consultant specializing in M&A advisory, deal sourcing, business transformation, and corporate strategy. He brings seven years of experience across sectors including industrials, real estate, telecommunications, and aerospace.

Before affiliating with CounterFlow Solutions, Heberto served as a senior associate and later a principal at Elevation Gained Partners, a boutique advisory firm focused on logistics, industrials, and technology. He previously worked at Bain & Company, where he supported digital and operational improvement efforts and helped enhance the firm’s internal M&A processes. He began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.

Heberto holds a master’s in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is originally from Colorado and currently resides in Virginia.
